I wanted to buy a pair of e-bikes for myself and my boyfriend for his birthday. I don't know a whole lot about bikes and they answered any questions I had about functionality and sizing without making me feel stupid. Also, since this was a surprise, they asked me a lot of questions about us both and were able to recommend the right style for each of us which helped me feel comfortable with my purchase!
I came in with a few questions and left with not only answers, but confidence, and two new bikes! They even helped arrange delivery which was not necessary but SO kind. That kind of generosity and accommodation is rare these days.
Bonus points for the vibe: the shop is cool without being intimidating, with a great selection of bikes, accessories, and gear. I started with just bikes this time but will absolutely return for accessories!
They even mentioned their group rides on local trails and neighborhoods to different destinations...which sound super fun!
We LOVE our new bikes! Been looking for an excuse to ride them all day, everyday!

Joshua was very helpful with my wife’s bike. I came in for brake adjustments after struggling for a few days. He fixed other small stuff while i was there. He even explained about using proper bike chain oil versus regular industrial chain oil. Very informative and a great drop off location for a recycling program of used bikes. Great guy who went above and beyond.

The store provides bicycle repairs and maintenance.
Brought my MTB in for a clean, tune and fit and loved the attentive hands-on service. Spent time with me when I dropped it off to fully understand what I needed and then when I picked up the bike. went over what was done and dialed in the fit for me. What a great addition to downtown Tinley!

Then kept bike for 24 hours to update software and thoroughly check.
Found where previous large store did not correctly aligned gears and shift cable when changing rear tire.
