Helped us order bike

Very friendly, they were able to fix my issue in less than 20 min, and I was back on the road again. I have an ebike, and while riding the rear tire went flat. I thought I needed a new set of tires to fix it, but talking with the service, he assured me all I needed was a new innertube, there was plenty of tread left of the tires. He also took the time to go over my bike for a quick operating inspection, and also informed me about the proper pressure for the tires.
Thanks so much, probably saved me a lot of money.

I did a 23 mile ride this morning after Josh tuned up my bike last week. The rear brake and shifting are better than ever. He is so skilled as a mechanic. He also is so knowledgeable on the history of the bike industry and great places to ride around Chicago and beyond. It is always a pleasure to to see what's going on At Still Ride.

Still ride is a great bike shop and it’s locally convenient. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve gone there a few times for different problems. I’ve had with my bike and they’ve always been able to diagnose the problem, fix it, and all very reasonably priced.
