Service while I waited was great! Ken was helpful in letting me know about sales taking place. I tried on some clothing but the fit wasn't right for me. He also made me feel better about not being able to remove my tire and explained why some are more challenging than others. Everyone was very friendly.

When I brought my bike in to repair and/or replace a tire, the employee who greeted me worked efficiently and was very courteous, completing the repair within 30 minutes.
