Service was quick and efficient
My bestie and I go here often. There is a man that sits at the front to check our tickets and tell us where our theater is. He always has on a sequin hat and colorful suit. He twirls us and gives us high fives. He is so kind and friendly. We always look forward to his hugs and kind words. This theater is so lucky to have him. He deserves a raise no matter what y’all pay him. We love him.

Easy to purchase tickets online
Santikos in Hattiesburg gets movies other local theaters don't. The staff is friendly. There's a guy that often works the front that has been there for years. He usually has a fedora on. He always let's us know what movies are coming soon. He encouraged me to join the rewards program and I did. It's a clean theater too.

Good theater. The controls in Theater 11 chair E7 do not work. I had to move to E5 to sit next to my wife
