The people you had working there Sunday August 17th were incredibly nice. I wish I had gotten all of their names. I haven't been to that theatre since before the Santikos buyout, and the workers there were really lazy and rude under the old ownership. We bought popcorn on Sunday and it was very fresh and not too salty. The theatre was clean. The people you have working for you are very good at their jobs, and it makes a huge difference.
PLEASE BRING FLASHBACK CINEMA BACK!!!!! One reason why I don't go anymore is because you have no flashback cinema showings. If you guys brought in flashback cinema I'd be a regular customer. I just don't go to the movies all that often anymore because many of the movies are just plain bad.

Great theater, great movie options, good food/drink options, and very clean bathrooms.
The price was right. It was very affordable. The seats were comfortable, but some of them were showing wear. The staff was friendly and helpful. I really appreciated them locating my lost key. The two guys that helped me were great employees.
The lights were dark enough and there was nobody else around it was perfect also air hockey good
We were very happy that you carried the DCI BIg Loud and Live streamed DCI Band Show from Indianapolis on Thursday Aug 7. Some year we had to drive up to 2 hours to a theater for that show. The theater was nice and comfortable, and the many snacks were excellent. We purchased many as this show lasted about 6 hours. We hope you will do it in 2026.
We had a good experience! Popcorn tasted good, cashier was friendly, seats worked, bathroom was clean, and movie was pretty decent!

We had easy entry as we had bought tickets online and the line wasn’t as long as it is sometimes when I went to get drinks.

It was wonderful. It’s not my first time attending the grand but every time is enjoyable. Especially the front doorman, he is always a treat

Clean and friendly staff. Updated me about upcoming events. I do think the rewards/loyalty program could be improved to make it more on par with cinemark/AMC.
We always have a great experience at the movies. I'm not thrilled about you being cashless, and the arcade is a huge rip off now, but the movies are always a good time.

The Grand Theater in Hattiesburg is amazing. They all do a great job. Chris is the face of the place. He is extremely nice and always knows what my family and I are going to watch before he sees our tickets. Always a wonderful night when we go to The Grand.
First time ordering pizza and to be honest I was quite surprised at how good it was. Will try other things on future visits. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
