We had easy entry as we had bought tickets online and the line wasn’t as long as it is sometimes when I went to get drinks.

It was wonderful. It’s not my first time attending the grand but every time is enjoyable. Especially the front doorman, he is always a treat
The seats were comfortable and the movie was crisp and clear.
Clean and friendly staff. Updated me about upcoming events. I do think the rewards/loyalty program could be improved to make it more on par with cinemark/AMC.
We always have a great experience at the movies. I'm not thrilled about you being cashless, and the arcade is a huge rip off now, but the movies are always a good time.

The Grand Theater in Hattiesburg is amazing. They all do a great job. Chris is the face of the place. He is extremely nice and always knows what my family and I are going to watch before he sees our tickets. Always a wonderful night when we go to The Grand.
Halfway through our movie there was a power outage because of a storm that caused our projector to stop working. They were able to fix the issue and set the movie back to where we left off in a matter of minutes! I was very impressed with how they handled the issue.
Vertical separation from the row in front of us. Good price. Variety of times. Good concessions.

I liked the movie, I liked that beer was served, granted the selection that evening was lacking it was also a weekday.
The theatre is very clean, the seats are comfortable, the bathrooms are well attended.
Seating is nice, and the staff is super friendly!

Friendly staff; efficient in getting tickets and concessions; comfortable chairs. Temperature wasn't as frigid as it normally was (we go to the early show with typical less crowding) so it was nice to watch the movie without having to be wrapped up in a blanket.

Everything. The only issue I see some people had that now is cards only and that caused issues.
Easy transaction to buy tickets and pick seats. Very nice, comfortable seating in cool, dark environment. Perfect for a hot, humid summer day! Movie screen, sound, all good.
