Everything! The ease of buying our tickets online and picking our seats. Especially for a handicapped person in a wheelchair!

And once we walked in the door everything was perfect. The guy who checked us in, the lady at the concession stand. The theater was clean and very comfortable.

I always recommend the grand to my friends. Is the best theater in bay county!

The theater is pretty good but could use some paper towels in the bathroom the dryer dont work very well. The staff is pretty good and it always clean and well stocked.

I always enjoy going to the Pier Park location. The staff is great and always helpful. I love the relaxed seating and the size of the chairs. It is always clean and I think the prices are fair for 2025. I go to this theater over a brand new one in town.

Great priced tickets on certain days. Seating, while old, is still better than another local theater. We just enjoy going to The Grand.

Friendliness of the staff, drink and food options, price of the movie, and reclining seats. The only negative was the backs of the seats were worn and faded and gave off an unclean vibe.

We love to go to the movies and are so happy to have you here. We do bring a blanket because it's very cold in your theatres, but love the whole movie experience.
