What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Great priced tickets on certain days. Seating, while old, is still better than another local theater. We just enjoy going to The Grand.

Friendliness of the staff, drink and food options, price of the movie, and reclining seats. The only negative was the backs of the seats were worn and faded and gave off an unclean vibe.

We love to go to the movies and are so happy to have you here. We do bring a blanket because it's very cold in your theatres, but love the whole movie experience.

The prices were fair for the tickets! The concessions/snacks were a little high/pricey!! But all in all we had a wonderful time!! I took my nephew for his 11th birthday and my niece because they've never been to a actual movie theater and they absolutely loved the stadium recliners!! The popcorn and how big the screen was! There was only one other family attending the movie we came to see so that made it even more special/exclusive for my kiddos!!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

It’s easy to purchase my ticket online then just get in line for snacks once I’m there. I love the recliners and assigned seats. No rush and very easy to enjoy my movie time.

This is a large theater and always has plenty of movies to choose from. We LOVE the cushy recliner chairs too! They’re the main reason I love going here. Also never a long line & I love choosing my seats when purchasing tickets.

The recliner chairs were very comfortable, everyone was kind, sound volume was perfect. Great experience. When we went to the higher chairs, there was no air conditioning so we sat down pretty close to the front.

We love the Military/ First Responders Appreciation Day on Mondays! We see a lot of our First Responders and military taking advantage of that. And we personally like the Senior Discount days! Thank you for your consideration to these groups! Two items I wish were better.

1. The track lights (stairway lights) are too bright in some of the studios. Or maybe it's that they are reflecting upward too much. I occasionally find them shining in to my eyes once the theater lights are dimmed.

2. I love the reclining seats, but I wish you would add the table to pull over in front of us . And even better if you served food to go on the table!!! Now that's a leap! Lol

My first time in an IMax theatre, and me and my family watched the new Superman. It was a great experience overall and would most defintley come back!
