Movie price, times, and selection

I love Santikos at Pier Park. I go there once a week at least, maybe see 50-60 movies a year here. The seats are very comfortable. The new setup took a bit to get use to but I'm liking it now; I really enjoy the drink variety. The staff are great.

I liked the service at the concession stand. The employee was friendly, kind, professional and very knowledgeable. Management was great too thanks!

We watched Resident Evil on IMax. The theater/ experience was comfortable and the screen/sound was great. Im not sure how it compares to other IMax theaters, but i enjoyed this one.

The chairs, the self serve concessions and being able to watch Avengers on IMAX. My 13 year old had never been to a theater like this and seeing how happy he was with the experience is why I chose a 10

Loved the reclining chairs

It's a nice, safe theatre. Pretty good parking and new movies. I would change the popcorn set up back to have HOT popcorn for $11.00 and up.

Great sound, great picture. Check in was easy at kiosk. Very comfortable seats. Love coming to the theater.

Only concern was lighting. We got there 15 minutes before show was scheduled to start and it was very dark in the theater. Past experiences were lights were on like a low setting we could see the row and seat numbers. This time we had to use flashlights on our phone to see row and seat numbers. In the past the lights were not dimmed until the start of the movie. Yesterday the lights were dimmed 15 minutes before the show. When the show started, the lights did not have to be dimmed because they were already dimmed.

I like the ease of having my tickets on the app ready when I walk in I also like the new popcorn and self-serve station
