I always like everything when I go to the Grand 16…..from the staff to the ticket prices, the concessions, etc. Everyone is always so helpful, kind, and courteous and I go very often. I am the right person to ask for a good survey!

The website showed one location but the ticket was for another. We learned this after arriving to the theater!!! We were able to purchase new tickets. Once inside, no cash sales and they were out of a couple items. We adjusted again.

The theater was nice and clean. Staff was friendly for the most part.

I reported the issue. I was happy at the rapid response and refund. The team was outstanding with their response tome

The staff was really friendly and it was was easy to buy tickets, check in and find my seat.
I do wish it would upgrade to the recliner seats, but the fluffy seats are still comfy.
I also LOVED that the Grand 16 decorated in honor of The Wicked release. It was an extra nice touch.

The theater is well kept, and stays fairly quiet during the week - so a perfect time to bring children to the movies. The concessions have great options, but it would be nice if the rewards allowed for free up-sizes. Instead of just using points.
