All of it staff amazing help me set up phone walked me thru it and they always let me purchase ticket from them because I have a gift card seats and surroundings clean love where u serve your own popcorn makes it an experience especially for the grandchildren I love watching movies 2020 was sooo ruff with no movies thank yall for remaining my favorite place to go

It was clean. We went in the middle of the day on a Monday so it wasn't packed. My kids enjoyed their time.

I like the rewards program! I got free popcorn this visit! The tgeatre seating is comfortable and I usually have no problem hearing the movie

Love going on Tuesdays, but it's generally the only day we ever go to the theater anymore since any other time is ridiculously expensive. I like the new layout of the concession stand though, being able to pour your own popcorn etc.

The volume is very loud and people need to keep their nasty bare feet off of the chairs. Otherwise, it's a great theater. It's improved over the last few years.

Do not like that you have to buy tickets online or at a machine - prefer the PEOPLE method!! Hate that you have to pick your seats ahead of time!

Grand 16 is so much better than the Grand 14. At the Grand 16, they great you with a smile, kindness and helpful. No matter if it is purchasing tickets, getting refreshments or walking to your theater you feel welcome. Grand 16 has been a very relaxing and enjoyable experience. When you walk in or purchasing refreshments, they actually make eye contact with you. They make you feel seen and appreciated for being there. You can easily find a manager if you should need. Great theater and employees.
Now Grand 14, the only reason I would go there is for the chairs. At the Grand 14 you are never acknowledged, they don’t make eye contact with you and not friendly. They don’t even make good movie recommendations. Not a pleasant feeling there. You don’t feel appreciated.
