I go to the movies very often and each time I do I always walk away very happy! The box office, concession stand, ushers, clean up crew, and the manager are always very kind to me, very patient, and, most of all, never make fun of me for how often I attend the movies! I keep going back to this Grand 16 theatre because of the wonderful experience I have every single time!

Clean, nice screen and seats but please start on time as average 16 to 17 minutes delay to begin movies from the posted starting time.

Special pricing on Tuesdays which we take advantage of. Only thing is, you don't have current movies available at other theaters. Didn't realize till too late previously.

Seats are good

I’m a lifetime movie goer. I love the theater experience. Just wish they would seek out and show more films for older people to view. Most weeks I am hard pressed to find one that interests me.

From the ticket office to the concession stand I was very satisfied. I go often and everyone is always very polite and helpful. I can always tell they appreciate my business!
