I love watching movies and The Grand Santikos has my favorite movie popcorn. It’s also got massive sizes for their large which is nice. The GPX screen is fantastic even if the room is a little cramped. I also really like the reclining or rocking chairs depending on the location

I love walking up to see Linda at the window. She is awesome friendly and helpful. The facility is clean. I like seeing previews. I'm an avid movie goer so the rewards program is very important to me.
We were in theater M and some of the seats were broken. The theater was not full for our show so we just moved to a few empty seats!

When the subtitles caused an issue with our screening, the employees worked to find a solution that satisfied everyone in the theater! We ended up changing our showing to English dub instead of subtitles and everything went smoothly!

I wish they would upgrade to recliner chairs like Grand 14. Much better experience in watching movies in recliner chairs.
So I purchased tickets on-line for a day time showing. Checked in, got snacks for me & my son, then went into the theatre I was directed to go into. There was a movie playing already and I thought it was just previews. We sat and got situated after I had someone move bc they were in the seats I purchased. After 20 minutes of sitting and waiting for the movie I had purchased I thought about going back to the lobby but decided to wait it out bc I felt I disrupted the movie goers enough. After the move was over I went to the front lobby & told the hostess that we sat through the ending of the movie but not the movie I had purchased. She apologized and fixed it right away. She gave me 2 FREE movie passes to use when I want as well as set us up for the actual movie I had purchased online. It was a Tuesday during the FREE movies they do for the kids, So I think thats where the confusion came in. I still would recommend anyone go to this theatre bc they did the RIGHT thing & got the error corrected promptly. ALSO, The Lilo & Stitch movie was hilarious & worth it.
The person at the window...the ticket seller...is personable, always cordial. The popcorn is great and the theaters are clean.
