RC has a great product and I will purchase RC product in the future, however you guys need to work on your delivery. My Order # isPhone number removed0 and this was a birthday gift for my brother. The order had a table for a jeep tail gate and a bumper with the spare tire mount. The order was sent in 3 different deliveries and one of the orders was lost. The surprise was ruined and became more of an inconvenience for me because I had to reach out to RC about the missing item. My brother was still very happy but he was not able to install the entire bumper because of the missing parts. I am not sure if you have a check box that a customer can check when we want the entire order delivered at the same time. If it delayed the delivery, I would have been okay with that because I would have known that all of the items would have arrived at the same time. I will not give you a low score because we like your product, and I do not think it is right to give you a low score for something that you may not have control of. Thank you Lorenzo
The process was easy and fast. The shipping process took very little time and it arrived when they said it would.
Pretty much everything except for the fact that when I ordered my kit it said order wthin the next 6 hours and get same day shipping and then come to find out its on back order and going to a month before it ships
