Ordered struts and one was broken in the package...called customer service and they overnighted me a new set at no charge. Can't get that service anywhere anymore!

Delivery time was very good, usually within a couple of days. The quality of the products was also very good. My only criticism had to do with the installation videos. I was frequently directed to a video for a different truck and google would frequently ask me to sign in even after I signed in.

Great company just received the 3.5” knuckle lift and loaded strut kit with the forged UCA for my 18 Silverado everything looks good I havnt had the chance to install yet but I’m very optimistic and think it will be GREAT addition for my build
