Simple and easy to use website, straightforward vehicle lookup, quality parts showed up a day earlier than expected. Best thing is they did not use USPS for my order which never really makes reliable deliveries around here.
Everything showed up days early and correct. It was easy to use the site and find what I needed. The instructions were a bit basic for someone without much experience working on cars but, that's not a problem for me.

Your Customer Service is outstanding. Your prices are great however, I have one problem with the company. If I had any input I would never ever ship anything with FedEx. This is the second time I’ve ordered with you and the second time that packages were delayed. I should’ve had my package last Friday. It’s now going to be Wednesday before I see it. Please find another shipping company! or lose a customer!
