The online purchase was simple. The price is reasonable. I had to grab a couple flat washers from my bin. The instructions could be better. The photos need to be in color or more clear. Photos can lead to success of the install however, they are very hard to see clearly what is in the photo.
The torque specs are unclear. How is one to know which specs to use as the bolts are not identified with grade of hardness, this makes it unclear what the torque should be. It would be very frustrating if one of the bolts were twisted off. I am satisfied with my install of the product. Please adjust the instructions to be more clear. Thank you.
