Trek is quality, Reuben is not just a great salesman, he treated me as a friend and his knowledge of cycling and not just Trek but all products is impressive. Not just pushing me to buy but really finding out what I wanted and needed was his mission. When he knew he gave outside shop options to compare to but the service of the bike is important as well he explained. How he lifted and praised his Trek team was really catching and I now own 3 Trek bikes and eyeing my next 2 as well. The bike maintenance is quick and very well done also.
