The one time it makes sense to buy a bicycle from a brand that has a presence in the country. There is a difference between when an actual dealer services a bike vs bikeshop mechanic services many brands with many specs (jack of all trades, master of none).
So glad I own a Trek due to post-sales support and maintenance that will ensure I will enjoy the bike for a very long time.

Reuben has a well managed hand on the shop and knows his products and clients very well, with Johan and Gift doing a great job in the maintenance zone growing with technology.
