The one time it makes sense to buy a bicycle from a brand that has a presence in the country. There is a difference between when an actual dealer services a bike vs bikeshop mechanic services many brands with many specs (jack of all trades, master of none).
So glad I own a Trek due to post-sales support and maintenance that will ensure I will enjoy the bike for a very long time.

The product speak for themselves quality wise. TREK is an amazing product all round. The service is what keeps me coming back. Reuben has a well managed hand on the shop and knows his products and clients very well, with Johan and Gift doing a great job in the maintenance zone growing with technology. Daniel in his short time learning as much as he can from Reuben is a great addition to TREK. High standard shop with amazing people.

I have ridden the same trek top fuel since 2019, never felt i needed to change. Service is always great, honest business , Gilbert is a star and has always treated me like a 'customer', great guy. Johan in service is honest and doesn't try and rip you off like agents and OEM's like to do. Services have always been good and reliable, no comebacks.
Service was excellent 👌. The workshop manager could see I didn’t want to spend a lot of money 💴 on this bicycle and without embarrassing me he quickly worked out a quote to suit my pocket . I came all the way from Montana to support your business we have August Cycle here In Montana. Which I have used in the past but prefer coming all the way to your business. Price is right and my cheapie bicycle now rides like any other expensive cycle. After the diligent work done to the bike . Thank you very much when I buy a wallet breaking cycle your company will be the first one for me to approach !!
