Wow, I would like to acknowledge, confirm and give a real shoutout for my great experience at your store in Fourways JHB. Your Consultant Pieter Swemmer is absolutely awesome. I found him to be most patient, friendly and most helpful. His true interest, passion and drive in biking really does assist one in being able to make the correct decision in a purchase which I found most enlightening and helpful when I and my partner Gavin recently bought our new TREK Checkpoint SL5 - in Black & Bronze colour. Pieter really goes the extra mile. His input was most informative and reassuring, explaining and answer every question no matter how relevant on our new E - Bike.
Even the fitting and measuring of our new bikes with your inhouse gentleman was accommodated, with the experience being friendly and effortless.
The after service has been outstanding, with Pieter always being available or reverting back to assist or give his recommendations.
It is not often that one finds such a dedicated individual that has such drive and loyalty to a brand. Our purchase of our TREK bicycles has been an experience, which we are so happy to share with all our friends in going forward.

Your products are fantastic but your staff and managment go out of their way to satisfy a customer. This is the art of the deal . I basically already had a quote by cycle lab on a bicycle and decided to visit your store, just out of interest. Well I was pleasantly surprised and soon thereafter, I committed to your deal and cancelled the Cycle lab deal the very next day. Then ofcourse, I already had bought my Trek ebike from your melrose arch branch. Thanks to Manager Mr Pieter Swemmer who, along with his dynamic team and workshop crew, had just made my dream bike come true, literally, immediately!
