Good service, good feedback and discussions with Pieter and Matt, bike was in for its first 500km complimentary service, Matt did some suggested suspension adjustments, bike feels great.

Johan was very helpful and felt well looked after...which is a lot more than I can say of my last experience at the Wolwespruit service centre....I considered selling my Trek and buying a Spezialised!
The logistics at Lynnwood bridge is an issue however. It is very difficult to find parking in front of the store and lugging a 23kg e-bike up the escalator is not really an option for me.
I enjoyed the personalised service. The staff wefre patient and accomodating.
