I bought a Trek Damone AL2 Gen 4 and was helped by Daniel and Gabriel.
All in all it was a very positive experience, they let me test ride the bike and Gabriel helped with saddle height and handlebar angle....
The reason for not giving a 10 was that I felt that although this bike is at the lower cost end of beautiful bikes that are in the shop, it was still a big and momentous purchase for me. I had indicated that I was coming from rim brakes and quick releases and it might have been a nice touch for the sales team to offer that they or a a mechanic could to walk me through basic day to day usage and care for the bike. I would obviously be free to decline, but it might have been a nice move to offer.
