I had a propane leak over the Thanksgiving holiday in a mother in law unit where family was staying. The answering service dispatched a technician. Eric, the techinician, who arrived was so very nice and diagnosed the problem . This was in the evening and Im sure he wanted to go home to his family, but he was very patient and diligent in resolving the problem. When you need service, Kamps has been there.

I like that you can determine the level of my tank without having to physically walk to my tank and look at it. I guess you use some form of wireless communication. I also like that I can set up an auto payment process to pay for deliveries without having to mess with snail mail bills.
Show up before we run out of propane. Good communication from drivers who are courteous and respectful.

We’ve signed for Kamp’s services 13 years ago when we first moved here. We appreciate that Kamps tracks our gas levels so we don’t run out.
However, we haven’t received our weekly email updates on gas levels.
Please see if we could reinstate that feature.

We get good service. However, we were on the program that gave us monthly reminders of our tank reading. Suddenly we were dropped from it. Please sign us up for that again as my husband and I are in our late 80’s and cannot get to our tank to check our level. We would appreciate it. Thanks
