We've always been pleased with Kamps service. We like that our propane tank is refilled without intervention from us. Kamps makes it easy. And the ladies in the office have always been friendly and helpful when we have needed to contact them.
Although we have some friends who use other providers who charge less, they have issues at times getting service or price fluctuations.
In our 6 years with Kamps our service is spot on, we are use to the summer/winter pricing and the farm bureau discount helps. I’ve recommended Kamps to multiple people and most have signed up. The few who didn’t are reevaluating now.

For the most part, you deliver the propane before I need it. Just make sure this year if there is a forecast of snow, I have plenty of propane in my tank. Last year when it snowed on and off for three weeks, I was pretty much out of propane and you couldn't deliver because of the snow build-up!

Everyone you talk to that works at Kamps is very friendly, and they answer your questions without a problem, and that includes the truck drivers or delivery men that bring the propane to the house.
