I recently was refused by AmeriGas to fill my second tank that I purchased when I bought my Generac Whole House Generator. AmeriGas stated that it didn’t matter that I was a good customer for over 20 years, they would not fill a Propane Tank that they didn’t own 😡 I called Kamps and within a week Kamps inspected my new Tank, disconnected the AmeriGas Tank, transferred any propane left in the AmeriGas Tank, installed a new Propane Tank and filled both Propane Tanks with the cost for filling 2 Propane Tanks being less than my last AmeriGas Bill for filling just one Propane Tank. Kamps Customer Service is AWESOME and I was able to speak to a Human and not a Robot. I also received a bill from AmeriGas for over $300.00 for Disconnect Fee(Kamps disconnected the AmeriGas Tank and placed it in an area that was easily accessible for AmeriGas to pick up) and for removal of their own Propane Tank 😡 I have already recommended Kamps to Family that are fed up with AmeriGas
