I was pleased that the technician was on time. He was very knowledgeable in explaining the problem with my air conditioner. After repairs were made I had a question.I called the office and the technician came back to my house the same day to answer my question.

Josh Holifield did some trim painting for us. He arrived on time and completed the work quickly. He did an amazing job and did not spill a drop of paint on our new hardwood floor.

I had a problem with my fridge but didn’t get home until 5:30 pm so I figured no one would answer the phone so I called thinking I would leave a message (had just gotten your card in the mail). Julie answered right away! She was absolutely great…courteous, professional…and I had an appointment for the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised at the $99 call out fee, it’s usually much more.
The next day Chad showed up not just on time but early and again was great…friendly, professional, efficient and best of all had my fridge up and running in no time. Again, I was quite pleased with the cost, very reasonable!
I have been a widow for 4 years and your business is a Godsend! Before I got your card in the mail, whenever I needed service, all I could do was search online and then TRY to get someone to call me back. Now, I’ll need to make just one call to Home360 and let your wonderful staff take it from there!
