The plumber worker ,David, explained to me In Detail what he was doing. But I wl expect him to call me regarding a minor problem that I'm having with my new cold water faucet . They called me back to take care of the problem but the Hurricane Francine got in the way. Therefore, after the storm, I will pursue the matter further and I have confidence that they will respond. I've used them for years and years. They are a reliable company and they value your business. They even give seniors a discount!

Not only was my problem resolved, all my questions answered, but Greg patiently gave me a tutorial on what caused the breaker to ‘trigger’ n not reset. I really appreciate his professionalism and patience as I like to understand the ‘why’.

Luther really cared about finding what the problem was. He did what he thought would solve the issue. It seemed to work at first but then the issue happened again. He called and gave us his personal phone number to call the minute the A/C acted strange again. Fortunately, it only happened once or twice more, then seemed to work fine. Glad we didn’t have to bother him on a weekend but he was willing to help if necessary! You don’t find many with that caring work ethic. We have had other tech’s from 360 and they were all honest and helpful. We recommend 360 all the time!

The people are just wonderful to deal with. They are always so friendly and competent, both the office customer service people and the tradesmen & craftsmen that have been to my home. I've used them for over 30 years for many jobs of all types. I don't use anyone else if they perform the service I need.
