Chad called to ask if he could come earlier than the appointed time, he takes care in removing parts that can be broken easily, he has replacement parts with him, and he is quick and efficient in making the repair. Chad is very personable and courteous, and I appreciate him as a repairman.

Now, Mr. David Johnson, he is one of the most Skillful plumbers I have ever seen. He is very thorough and patient. He takes his time to evaluate the situation and he works with excellence. No disrespect to the other plumbers, but I always ask for Mr. David Johnson because of his work ethic and his personality. Whenever someone asked me if I do a plumber, I always recommend Mr. David Johnson and every job that he has gone on. The people says he’s great. The dude is awesome!!!

We love Home360. It's our first go to call when we need a skilled tradesperson. We keep a list of all the special people who have taken care of us over decades and ask for them when we call the office. Speaking of which, I would be remiss if I didn't mention the wonderful office staff who are friendly,professional and very helpful. They always go above and beyond to help you find the best fit for your needs.
Your people are usually on time or early. If they are running late, the office notifies me. Most companies don’t do that, but should.
