The tech arrived when he said he would. We had a different problem the next day (Sunday) and he came back and fixed it right away. Great service from a knowledgeable person.

I was able to get a tech to the house within. 3 hours after I reported an AC failure. The capacitor had to be replaced; that solved the problem.
