Fred explained to me my problem and that I would need a roofer. Clyde explained thoroughly my problem and how he would fix it. Work was done professionally and they cleaned up before they left.

We have used Home360, (Tim Albert), for years for washer/dryer repairs. Tim is always professional yet personable and does a great job. Tim communicates well, always explaining the problem and what he is going to do to resolve it. Nicest guy in the world. Y’all are lucky to have Tim working for you especially in this day and age. It was a pleasure meeting Quality Leader Don Fontenot and employee in training Daniel on this visit. Both very professional and personable. Daniel did a good job explaining the charges when I made payment! Very sweet young man.

Her very intentional customer service, listening and hearing, her patience, her smile coming through the phone… this was very needed!!! It was after hours at 10:00 pm on a Friday night with plumbing issues… Our home was in a hiccup, knowing this would cost us and hoping for ASAP🙏🏽

The a/c technician came after hours when my a/c decided to stop working and within 20 minutes the problem was found and taken care of. The a/c professional who came was efficient, knowledgeable and courteous . Once again, my experience with Home 360 was great!
