Friday your tech person Chad Lebright came to possibly repair my refrigerator. Chad was very knowledgeable and friendly. After he diagnosed the problem, he was very helpful for me to make a decision regarding the repair. I appreciated his honest opinion, even though I wasn’t happy about the decision I had to make. Not only was the repair cost more than a replacement, but my choice of color was no longer made. He was very helpful in suggesting a brand as a replacement. Thank you Chad, I now have a new Whirlpool.
