The technician was courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and took time to explain what was the problem. He took his time a made the correct diagnosis and remedied the issues. I would certainly use and recommend his services. Mr Luther should certainly be considered for an increase in salary. He represented your agency very well

Have dealt with Home360 since the 80's, I appreciate the honesty, friendliness, and quick response. Never late, worker shows up at the scheduled time, and if they can come earlier they contact me to make sure it's ok. The customer service reps are very friendly and accommodating.
