Easy to schedule and available the next day
Repair man was very knowledgeable and explained the options clearly. I enjoyed chatting with him and he gave me some other appliance maintenance tips too!

I wish I remembered his name but I so appreciated the way the service man communicated with me. He used such a kind tone of voice and I did not feel like he talked down to me as a woman which I have felt in the past from other service men. I also appreciate that he did exactly what needed to be done to restore cool air and did not attempt to sell me a whole new unit right now. He was my favorite person sent out by Home 360. I liked the quick response, being that I called after hours on the weekend, someone got right back with me in a timely manner. The guy that came out was very knowledgeable of his job and my appliance was repaired in no time.

Your techs are professional and trustworthy and efficient. I had faucet swapped out on bathroom lavatory. I was NOT happy with quote for bathtub faucet replacement …..way too expensive so I declined that service.

No I don’t want my name published to the public. I pass on the good work that you all have done over the years. I tell others that I have been working with your company for years; even before the name changed. That says a lot. A lady ask me to get her a card on Thursday & I said I would get it for her. She went and asked Mr. A for a card before I got a chance to get it. She accepted my words about the work that’s been done over the years.
