I’ve used Home 360 for merely 30 years.
I’ve only had one negative experience in all that time, and it was promptly addressed.
The workers are very knowledgeable and want to please .But sometimes the price is too expensive for certain jobs.
I like that your workers are always polite, goes on and to whatever they were called upon to do.

purchased my home. Never have I had to call your company twice for the same job.

I appreciate that Home360 has licensed and insured contractors and that the work done is guaranteed. We have used Home360 services for over ten years and are impressed with the quality of work provided and the excellent customer service.
Most recently an alternate solution was provided that did not involve a costly repair and that alone gets high praise from me, and ensures I'll reach out to Home360 the next time we need a provided service.
There are likely other contractors who provide similar services at a lower cost, but I don't know those people or that the work they provide will have the same quality, assurances, and guarantee. I prefer to stay with someone I know and trust.

Pre arranged appointments. Timely work. Usually jobs well done. Probably more costly than other available tradesmen but one has a structure to follow up with if things go wrong. Overall, I have had good experiences with Home 360 services.
