I'm extremely satisfied with this service.

The guy who came to our house is very nice and knowledgeable answering my questions especially ants problem which is not associated with our house. He also went around our house and cleaned all spider webs because I told him I water sprayed spider webs in the front of our house. Although it was getting later (passing 5pm), he still spent time doing a great and thorough job for our house.

No, I like how thorough they are when they come. The only problem I had the last time was not knowing he was coming to do anything but pick up the mouse traps on the porch and yes I looked and yes, there was an email but I’m really bad about checking my emails. Usually check my text more often so if you could try texting me or give me a phone call with a heads up that would be probably seeing quicker. Now I know that’s my problem that I was on my way out the door and I couldn’t leave my dogs locked up in the house the entire time that I was gonna be gone and he said he would do just the front but I think he did the back also know if he managed to work in the back with my dog that’s fine as long as he can get out without the dogs getting out and he did apparently and I say that because he Left head off of one of his brushes in the backyard. Again, not my complaint really if he managed to get the job done, that’s fine no problem. Anyway I’m happy with your organization and the job they do when they come they’re very thorough.

We’ve been using Homeshield for over 10 years. We have never had any issues and all the technicians have been knowledgeable and respectful. Great service with limited interruptions when I’m home.

I've been with these guys for many years. Not much to say - their communication is excellent and thry get rid of bugs. When and if the bugs come back (which is rarely but it does happen) all I have to do is let the company know when they call me about my next appt and they take care of it. Exactly how it's supposed to work. We give money, they eliminate bugs.

We have not had a sighting of an ant since you performed your first treatment one week ago. So we are happy about that.

Professional and prompt

Our service provider showed up on time and let us know when they were here. They did a thorough job going around the outside of our home and in shrubbery, addressing spiderwebs and spraying for pests around the perimiter of the home,

the tech was very professional and asked if I needed anything else while he was there. He did a great job and covered the house and yard. I recommend he is the same person that comes next time.

I really appreciate how thorough he was in treating my exterior foundations property fence line, and landscape areas.
He also noticed that I had a lot of spiderwebs and nests, and he treated those areas as well.

Homeshield has been providing their services to our home for many years. We have been very pleased with their work and highly recommend others to utilize their service.

Our main issue were rodents in the attic and Homeshield identified the entry points, closed them and placed traps in the attic. We no longer have rodent issues.

Also they are very careful with their pest management to use techniques and product that are pet friendly yet effective to the unwanted pests.

Technicians are always on time and do a good job. If there's a problem, they take care of it right away.

I receive an email and a phone call prior to my scheduled service appointment. The phone call gives me an opportunity to tell them of any specific issues I may have that needs attention. I really appreciate the ability to provide any issues up front. The staff who provides the service is professional and covers all areas outside to clean up cobwebs and spray for potential issues.

I like that you come up with “solutions” need it a be stronger or a different ingredient, to solve our pest issue. Your team is knowledgeable and takes the time to address our concerns. You always answer the phone when we call and get us scheduled as soon as possible. Excellent customer service!!
