The office staff is very friendly and helpful with any questions. They have a variety of ways to communicate through phone, text, and email. It's an ideal company to work with when needing pest control services.

Generally the work is well done and on time. The technicians always ask what other services can be provided, which is helpful.
Service is OK but appointment notification recording is not good. It only tells us our address and to unlock our gate and to keep our dog inside. The recording does not say when the technician will be here so I always have to call the office.
The people that come to spray are courteous and explain what they are doing.
Prompt service, and Micheal explained every I should be expected and the phone number if I had any concerns regarding the service.
