Great customer service!
Generally the work is well done and on time. The technicians always ask what other services can be provided, which is helpful.
Service is OK but appointment notification recording is not good. It only tells us our address and to unlock our gate and to keep our dog inside. The recording does not say when the technician will be here so I always have to call the office.
The people that come to spray are courteous and explain what they are doing.
Prompt service, and Micheal explained every I should be expected and the phone number if I had any concerns regarding the service.

This is the best pest company we’ve ever had. We tried one or two other companies at first, but still had a problem with ants in the house, Home shield was the only one to get it done! And now they’ve just done fabulous work with the beetles, etc., up here and rats occasionally, etc.

I had Chris and Elias complete the first service on my home and they were very informative and thorough. They reviewed my contract with me and answered all my questions and concerns. After a sweep of my home, I noted that they removed all wasps nests on my fence line and did a very good job of removing cobwebs that other pest control companies seem to miss. So far, I am very impressed with their services and appreciate the eco-friendly options they provide.
