Home shield has been effective in our home not having a rodent issue in our attic and garage.

Initially when we signed up for your service we had a bad rodent issue in the attic. A home shield rep cam to the house and identified via pictures the entry points on our roof that allowed these rodents to enter the attic.

We had other companies look over our problem but Homeshield had identified with pictures a couple spots that the other companies missed. Also Homeshield had the best solution that was fairly priced and went a bit further in sealing the attic entry and cleaning the damage in the attic. The bid was in the middle of the other companies.

Since then, the service has prevented any rodent issues to return.

We were having an issue with rats in our garage. Homeshield immediately addressed the issue, sealed entry points off (exclusion work). We had Clark before and their representative, Brandon quoted us almost $16k, which included ripping out insulation that was fine and replacing it. Clark also missed multiple areas of potential entry points, so we could have paid $16k and ended up in the exact same position. Homeshield sent Michael out and he got the job done for under $2k. He even installed a free covering for the crawl space at no extra charge. It has been a few weeks and so far no rodent activity! I was so impressed with their company, I dropped Clark and switched over to their bi-monthly, routine pest service. The downside, they are a little more pricey when it comes to routine pest services, but the quality is there, so I’m okay with it. Also, the general phone number can be slow to talk to an agent, but other than that, we are very happy!

They always call before they come to let us know they’ll be there. And they always let us know when they get there and they’re great at what they do.🥰
