Fast and friendly service

Everyone that has come has always done a good job. They are friendly and nice on the phone and in person. When there have been some pesky ants or spiders I just call up for an extra service in between the 3 months and it has never been a problem to schedule it. I also like the advance text messages reminding us what day our visit is. We have been with Home Shield for 9 years so everything is pretty much under control except for that occasional varmint depending on weather that wants to make its way into our yard as there is a field/preserve accross the street.
