I was disappointed over the issue of the anti-rodent black boxes. The person that provided the information was not very clear about the price (cost) and the poison replenishing program. We agreed about the place where the boxes were going to be located. I was also told someone would call me on the day the boxes were going to be delivered. No one called me about the arrival of the boxes and the boxes were not located in the places we had agreed they would be located.

All your service has been fine, the only thing liking is in your notificationS. My gates are locked, so I have to be home for the backside of the house to be treated so it would be great if I received calendar event that I could accept or decline and propose a new date to ensure that I will be there.

Due to weather issues Terry was not able to complete the service and we will have to complete the first service when things dry up a bit. Hopefully the same tech. will be able to return on a regular basis as he is familiar with the project. As we only are at the house about four days a month, we will need to coordinate the next half of the first treatment when we are there. Once the treatment pattern is established, the tech can come in through the gate on his own. The combination is: pin-888888-OK. The gate stays open for 1 minute. I will call when we are there next. Homeshield has always been prompt, accommodating when something comes up that doesn't mesh with our lifestyle, both in scheduling and product use. Since employing homeshield the number of bugs around our house has vastly decreased, and I like that they have both traditional and natural options for customers to choose from.

We have always been happy with our service from HomeShield.

Our initial rodent problems have been resolved and we have not had any issues with rodents in our attic or garage.

HomeShield also performed the repairs needed to fix and prevent future attic entry points. Again their work and maintenance has been successful in keeping our rodent issues at 0.
