Excellent service as expected at Island Life Bikes. At turn in, Mike explained what the level two maintenance process entailed and its benefits over the level 1 service and provided a good estimated cost for servicing the TREK Marlin 5 bike. A turn-in, a receipt was issued followed a few hours later by a text notice that the bike was being serviced. Bike service was completed quickly and available for pickup following day to our complete satisfaction.
All employees I met were top-notch, and the service rendered was perfect.

Island Life has always taken care of 3G Bikes, ensuring they are in top riding condition. The 10 miles I ride daily on the beach and road take a toll on them, but I can depend on Island Life to get me back on the seat ASAP.
We had a great experience at Island Life Bikes in World Golf Village last week. We brought our son in to look at an e-bike for use on his YouTube channel, and the staff made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
One thing that really impressed us was the opportunity to test ride several different models. Rather than feeling rushed or pressured, our son was able to spend time comparing bikes and finding the one that best suited his needs. After trying a number of options, he ultimately chose a sturdy dark Troxus that he was excited to take home.
It was also clear that manager Glen and technician Gideon work well together to make sure customers are taken care of. They were knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer questions throughout the process. Their teamwork gave us confidence that we were making the right choice and that support would be there after the sale as well.
What really set the experience apart was that Glen personally delivered the bike to our home. That level of customer service is increasingly rare and demonstrated a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.
We left with a great bike, but also with the feeling that we had been treated well from start to finish. If you're looking for an e-bike and want knowledgeable people who take the time to help you find the right fit, I would definitely recommend Island Life Bikes at World Golf Village.

Great service on my Marlin 7 TREK Hybrid bike. Colin ,Glenn and Gideon at the World Golf Village (WGV) shop/store location are a Pro- A team that tackles any bike issue and gets it done/fixed at a very reasonable cost. Would’ve rated a 10 but…Very friendly and accommodating with one exception- I’m a senior woman who hadn’t ridden a bike in many years. I picked up my new trek Townie and was handed the bike with no offer to check that it was adjusted correctly. When I asked if it was adjusted for me I was told it’s easy to do-that may be true if you know something about it. It wasn’t until I questioned more that the bike was actually adjusted for me and I was given some direction on using brakes etc
Very nice people but need to remember some people are new to biking.
I have a bike I got from you guys almost 10 years ago----it is one the best things I have purchased. It has been a joy to ride!!!!!!! (3G)
