The technician, Carson, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped from the moment I called with a flat tire on my son's ebike. He, first of all, could repair it which other bike shops in our area declined (said they do not work on ebikes/and or did not have the tire tubes needed). Then once we arrived at the shop he helped get the bike out of our car, was prepared to fix it on the spot but I asked if he could look the whole bike over for safety and he of course agreed. I picked it up the next day with a new tire, sharper brakes, gear adjustment and handle bar tightening. Very affordable and great service. Really glad to have found the shop!

The Island Life Bicycle Store at World Golf Village, St Augustine and Colin Freeland and his team are wonderful in answering all my questions concerning our TREK bike operations & Maintenance issues and provide great service in maintaining and caring for our bikes. They have everything a biker needs from expert maintenance services to nearly every bicycle accessories/items and the shop is only 2 miles from our home. They will be our go to assigned bike store for all of our TREK bicycle needs from here out.

I bought my bike from them a couple years ago. They were friendly, professional and helpful then. The last year I have used my bike way more than usual and have had to bring my bike in for various reasons and they have been consistent with their professionalism and service. Alexis has helped me the last couple times and she always welcomes me with a warm smile and has everything handled quickly and efficiently. I will keep using them moving forward and highly recommend them to everyone else!

We've had bikes fixed at Island bikes, bought a new ebike from the, had service done on tires and the service is exceptional. Love their products. Anytime we have a issue with anything we bring it back in and they take care of it in a very timely manner. Great staff

I love everything about Island Life Bicycles. From Alexis walking out to the parking lot to greet me as I parked and helping me at the front desk to Jacob working on my bike in the back to Steven assisting me on pickup. The entire gang is fantastic, fun, honest, trustworthy and just plain NICE!!

Many years ago i would not have recommended Island Bikes as they would only service Pedigo ebikes . Under the new leadership of Steve , Chris , Alexa and other members of the tram , they are now super responsive and totally caring to their clients requirements . I took my bike in for service and Chris quickly diagnosed the isure, gave me a fair quote to resolve the issue and promptly fixed the bike . I am extremely happy and would highly recommend them to anyone . They do the right thing.
