While shopping around for bikes, I chose Island bikes for a number of reasons. The selection was very good and Collin's knowledge of various bikes was very helpful in determining my final choice. The bike I chose was not in the store but he had it sent over from the other store the next day so I could try it out. No hard sell, just answered all my questions. Steven was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did not feel pressured at any time and he adjusted the bicycles for us to make sure we were completely satisfied and happy with our purchase. We also saw him providing the same attention to a child and her parent helping her decide on a very pretty bracelet. I was impressed with the young man who assisted me with the bike. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient as I tried to absorb all the information. My only reason for not giving a “10” is that there was no negotiating room period. I love to trade with local businesses but in my experiences there is most always a discount off of full retail price. Maybe the internet has changed that. Still, I will use this shop for my service and highly recommend.
