They track my usage and never let me run out of propane. And, I like the pre-pay option. Whenever I have questions, they answer the phone and give me a response. All is good!

The remote tank telemetry takes the guesswork out of refills.
We are a hybrid home - gas cooktop, gas back-up generator, gas on demand water heaters, and dual fuel furnace.
We have never had a "out of gas" condition.
Many of our neighbors have "all electric" homes and some without back up generators.
When the lights go out, we never have an issue.
