RB's gas has provided exceptional service to us in our first nine months using them. We had a Christmas Eve emergency last year to which they were quick to respond and find a solution to. We also had our line broken during some construction recently and they were super helpful in getting that repaired. Both Rebecca, in the office, and AC, the service tech, were fantastic with their communication and followup. It is rare to find this kind of great service these days. These guys know how to take care of their customers!

Kevin did our final inspection and installed the regulator at the house. He was very friendly. He explained all the papers to me that I had to sign and he explained how to read the meter on the tank and how to shut off the tank if we smelled rotten eggs. He was very helpful. The gals in the office are also very helpful.
They have always been very good they show up when we need them and when we really don't need them. It's nice to know we'll have propane when we need it.
