Driver 2491 provided fantastic service! There was no question that propane was delivered. My property was respected and a rare, yet appreciated thing occurred. This individual walked to the front door, away from the back door (where the delivery process occured) to deliver the invoice. Truly a commendable character trait!
Am very pleased with the pre-payment plan and automatic deliveries. Have had no problems in the past with the exception of changes in bill paying but that was only for a short time. Would recommend their services to anyone.
We love how easy it is. From the satellite gauge that informs the office that we need a delivery to the smooth operation of the delivery person that comes, refills, and goes to the customer service lady that patiently takes all our requests (i.e., change in credit card, etc.) to the ability to have our account on auto-pay with the credit card on file. It's all so great. Lastly, to the super nice and knowledgeable gentleman that came to our house and determined where our gas leak was coming from and fixed it. He even gave our account a little credit for the leaked gas. It's like hometown service by nice folks who know how to do their jobs well.
