If I ever call with a question or concern you all are very nice and helpful. I do not like that it is so easy to miss signing up for the monthly pre-set payment plan. I've been on it for years but somehow missed the sign up...maybe when you switched to Superior and on-line payments...so the recent bill came as a surprise.

The only problem this time, the driver forgot to put the lid down on the tank. I had to find a neighbor to come over & shut it. I didn't want any leaves or dust around the opening.
