I like how the time is split up, 30 minutes to practice and 30 minutes for a game. I like how there was a main coach and a younger assistant coach. It felt like all the kids got equal time with a coach and my son really learned some baseball and sportsmanship skills this season.

Only one day a week, not overly competitive, and we don’t have to travel.

We really like the program. I would like to share a few things for the younger ages soccer.
Maybe consider playing 3/4 VS 3/4 format. Having 5/6 players per team in the field make is difficult to experience soccer. All the kids just get in a big circle bundle. Also, since these are smaller age group the ball consistently gets out of line. Well the refs are constantly stopping the game and the playing time gets wasted because need to grab the ball and reset the players. Possible be easy going on the calls when able to?

Our coach is phenomenal, so patient and warm with the kids. My son wanted to go back because of the coach. Perfect introduction to soccer, we have been very happy with it!

Most programs are on saturdays and it’s hard for families that work on saturdays.
Focus on teamwork, not scoring cheering for everybody
It’s a nice atmosphere and everyone seems to be doing it so the kids can have fun which is important.
I enjoy the mentorship to the kids from the coaches.
