Inclusivity for 3 year olds

I love certain coaches and it seems the area manager for my area is very in tune and pays attention to these aspects of the parent and player experiences.

It was easy to sign up. The process on the first day was good and organized. The coach is extremely welcoming and made my shy daughter feel comfortable. The communication with cancelled games was also very good. The referee’s have all been kind and willing to teach and encourage all of the kiddos.
convenient locations
It is a great starting place for those that are just beginning volleyball. However, after a few season the players need more competition, practice, and structure. I feel that if you start a travel/more competitive league you would have great success. Especially in the Fairfax area.

It’s a good program to introduce little kids or first timers to soccer.
I like the low commitment. The fun over competition vibe. I love the community the kids have being part of a team. Everyone is nice, helpful, and genuinely happy to be there it seems.

It is a great place for young kids to try out new sports, and to learn the basics without competive pressure or big schedule commitments

Everyone gets a chance to play and everyone gets a chance to try out all the different positions to learn what they like and where they excel! Plus it’s great exposure to teamwork!
