Family and friendly environment
Kids have fun
All 3 kids can practice and play soccer on the same day. We have the option to let them do baseball of football next year as well.
YOU NEED TO GET THE SOCCER REF'S REAL WHISTLES. The plastic ones are a joke and take away from the game, especially with the smaller kids.
Friendly, non-competitive, focused on learning skills and relationships. Very positive.
More flexible than club sports. But sometimes I wish there were more established coaching programs so the coaches are consistent and more professional in sports coaching. Maybe more perks for the volunteering parents, and have them go thru some trainings to increase the quality and consistency?
Team spirit education associated with playing sports.
I like the practice before hand and I know it’s difficult to do but having practice on a di
I love that practice and game time are the same day. Also love the different locations offered for the sports. I did recommend i9 Sports to another parent who has a busy schedule but wants her son to participate in sports.
I love that the staff is extremely organized. They all love what they are doing with the kids and emphasize the importance of having fun! My child has absolutely loved playing this season.
The convenience of practice and game on the same day
I like the variety of sports for all ages.
The coaches are very friendly and skilled. My boys are loving the flag football clinic. I will definitely sign up for more sports in the future.
These programs create a great opportunity for children to be active, learn, and be as competitive as they want to be or not. A very safe place for introduction to sports or just keeping kids busy and interested in things.
Communication. Acceptance. Willingness.
Allow all kids to participate. Teach valuable skills like being part of a team and sportsmanship
Love that practice is before games on the same day. Love the informal setup for first-time athletes.
Great ways to sign up and great way to meet new people
The practice before the games. Makes it more convenient!
My son has loved playing flag football this season! His team is friendly and there for the love of the game. His coach is supportive to each player and encourages teamwork and positivity. We'll be joining for another season!
Not super competitive
Great coach for flag football. Organized program.
All the games have been organized and in a timely manner! Great coaching and great refs! Very inclusive for the younger players!
Maravilloso programa para nuestros hijos muy profesionales y amistosos
I like that i9 is easy for us to fit into our schedules with the practices and games being at the same time. I also love that the focus is on just getting acquainted with the sport and having fun!
Location convenience
The variety of schedules and locations! That's make it easier and fascinating about i9 Sports we really loved it.
This is the 3rd league brand I've experienced. In the last 8 years I've spent time as both a coach and a spectator. It's been very impressive to see how i9's Freshmen level is truly developmental. Of the 3, this is the first to have practice right before tipoff, no timeouts, and the coaches are allowed on the court to provide direction in real time. I wasn't quite sure about those changes at first. Not against them, but it was significantly different from my prior experiences. After 4 games I've seen vast improvement from several players in terms of confidence, passing, and overall understanding of the game. I can already say without a doubt that the best league for introducing children to the fundamentals and giving them the best chance to process and learn the game, is i9.
The coaches we've worked with have all been very encouraging. I love that it is a low key way to try new sports. Exactly what I want kids sports to be - fun and not a big time investment.
I like that it's one day a week, giving students the opportunity to enjoy sports without disrupting much of the week.
That said, for students new to the sport, especially, extra practice time opportunities could be something to consider. 😀
I love that practices are only on Saturdays :)
