I am so impressed by the academy program. The coaches are upbeat and positive, the drills and practices are consistently challenging & building on previous skills, and our daughter has learned so much in the past three months. Our family does not want to commit to clubs or travel teams for our kids but our daughter is very competitive and this program is a perfect fit for her. She also loves the Saturday league. She has loved playing with different kids and having a game every week. I’ve noticed that the skills that she has been frustrated with herself at times during academy practice, she really tries to practice and improve on Saturdays. I think the relaxed setting of Saturday league is a great environment for that. The combination of both leagues has been a great balance. I’m so glad that we found i9!

Our volleyball coach is awesome! She’s knowledgeable and teaches teamwork in this short amount of time. The girl’s all love her. She firm and fair! I wish there was more options of beginners for my daughter to continue.

Convenient times. Not too expensive. Practices are just before games so you don’t have to commit to too many days of the week. Most of the coaches are great. My complaints are: too many breaks like you get in a groove and there’s a holiday. The age ranges are a little big so like if your kid is a fresh 3 and there’s a five year old they tower over the 3 years olds. Sometimes it’s hard to find a parent to coach.

The program is organized and focused on teaching.
Locations are close to home with very little driving, practice followed by weekly game allows for child(ren) to also participate in other activities, and knowing that games are usually finished by noon allows planning for other weekend activities, too, and coaches and staff have all been very fun.
I appreciate that practice and games are the same day. I would like to see the teams keep score a little better, so that kids are still learning about winning and losing (and being a good teammate even when you lose). But we are really happy with the programs so far.
