Customer Testimonials
What I like is that it's not a competition if a fun and friendly environment. The kids are having fun and making new friends.
Love the opportunity for older kids being able to play recreational sports.
The coach
My son absolutely loves it. He says it’s fun, keeps him active, and he looks forward to going every time. The coach is wonderful too, really kind, patient, and you can tell he puts real time and effort into teaching the kids and helping them improve.
It is good for beginners of any age. The coaches and directors use game time to teach.
It has a positive atmosphere. My daughter has some special needs and social anxieties and delays, but i9 really helped her.
They are approachable and easy for my child to fit in.
Everything. It's not competitive but the kids do there best. Some make friends
It would be great if the day 1 announcements (i.e. welcome everyone, where the bathrooms are, where to park - everyone already has parked) could be significantly reduced. It seems this could be better messaged in an email or at minimum significantly reduced so that the kids have more time to play. Also note that majority of families are returning i9 families so this becomes very redundant especially given how short the season is.
Jojo is an amazing ref and teacher! The girls have learned SO MUCH from her!!
I signed my grand daughter up for instructional basketball; she's 7yro. She is having the time of her life playing for the first time. This allows her to get some extra exercise in her daily routine. She is now signed up to play girls flag football. Can't wait, it's a first for her.
Good program for kids who are beginners to learn and understand the game.
Everyone plays, the word of the day during before of the game. Coaches take there time n encourage the players.
The ease of one practice and one game per week. My kid is 8 and I want him to play well but not take over our lives with basketball. This atmosphere is very relaxed and allows them to be kids. Our coach really cares for their improvement and individual experience.
Welcoming environment, great communication, super coaching -- the learning setting is kind and supportive. My kid grew to love soccer, and being on a team, because of the i9 programming. Many thanks!
Alisha does a wonderful job! The communication, the coaches. The kids have a great time and she has a great staff.
Good coaching. Regular schedule. good communication. The right amount of competitiveness.
Love that i9 allows kids to play in leagues all year round and has several options each season to choose from. In my experience, staff is always friendly, punctual and great with the kids. My son looks forward to every season!
I have 2 seasons with I9 with my daughter playing volleyball, we have been blessed with an awesome Coach Alex that shows so much dedication and takes his time with his team. We signed up for another season with Coach Alex and looking forward to it.
Coach Amanda is the absolute BEST!
The coaches use innovative techniques to teach each and every child. They are great with every child and don’t move on if the child doesn’t get it. They really make every child feel good about playing the sport. They are patient and kind. I have a very young child so this is one of our first times doing any sport. While being with i9 I took my child to play with a neighborhood team and the coaching at i9 is so much better. The parents and kids at i9 show such great sportsmanship.
I like that you have practice and game on the same day. The sports are also well organized.
i9 is run by a director who cares about each individuals experience. When realizing the program we signed up for wasn't a perfect fit for my daughter, they allowed us to make a change that made everything so much better!
Great couch and program
I love the format of the drills and then a scrimmage. The coaches are great too!
There's a small layer of competitive attached to a insane amount of positivity. The combination of the two has made for such a fun experience. This is our second season with i9 and we have LOVED seeing our sons skills grow.
The program is fantastic — all the girls in volleyball love it and have a great time. However, there is a coach or staff member who makes the girls feel like they don’t know how to play and seems to be creating her own rules. This is affecting their confidence.
The staff member is Samantha .
She left my daughter and another girl standing with their hands up at the end of the game when everyone was doing high-fives. This is very unprofessional and not appropriate behavior toward children.
A few parents saw it happen, and some are already talking about taking their girls out next season because Samantha behavior.
I love the positive environment for the kids to learn the game!
Organized well. Players are motivated and given equal opportunity to perform
My kids have been in the Viera program for four years and we love it! Its always organized, scheduled for convenience and the staff and coaches complete focus is on teaching the kids sportsmanship and concept. I9 is a great program in Viera!

My son enjoys every year coming to play soccer we never miss a season. I love the coaches and the team can’t wait for the summer league
