Customer Testimonials
i9 promotes a fun environment. It's nice to see everyone cheering for everyone. This isn't super competitive, but they have been engaging, educative, and supportive for those who just want to play. Everyone (coaches, refs, staff, parents) have worked to create a positive atmosphere, and it shows! My kids love to play for i9!
Short time period. Same day every week. Every kid plays.
I like that practice and the game are held on the same day.
I feel that my foster son has really good coaches.
Everything . Good people. Gokd program. Just wish there is more activities on saturday also for basketball
Atmosphere, organization
Very organized and the people are so friendly!
The great communication
Great Program, I just wish parents were a little more friendly in the stands. This past weekend there were parents (son’s name is Harvey) yelling in the stands during the 4-5 age group to take certain kids out of the game if they weren’t doing well. It’s a fun game of basketball and youngsters don’t need to hear that negativity. I had to give my son a pep talk about ignoring negative comments from adults.
I hope this gets addressed as my husband and I are extremely disappointed with the actions of parents.
We love that they are only on Saturdays. PLEASE increase the age limit to 17.
I love the opportunity I9 provides for children to learn the fundamentals and sportsmanship on their level and it doesn’t feel forced.
Love the indoor facility. Appreciate the text with time and location as a reminder.
Family friendly.
The coaches were very nice and knowledgeable. They were great at having patience with the kids. I like the idea of all kids having an opportunity to learn and play. The communication was great! I would definitely recommend
I like that coach austin, is a good coach to my son's Peewee team. I like that it is on saturdays, and have practice with right before games, it fits our scheduled conveniently to where our child can be in a sport that you can still accommodate it into the Family schedule
Positive attitudes!
Very organized from digital reminders, schedules. Workers are professional and well educated in position. Very kind to parents and kids.
Perfect for learning the sport and playing!!! We weren’t ready for the intensity of AAU or driving all around yet. We want to have our kids try everything while they can and have fun doing it. This has been perfect. Only bummer and can understand with the numbers, having daughters, them playing with the boys. Changes the game for them. It’s more chaotic and they get the ball less.
My kid has fun!
Supportive environment, good coordination and communication.
Focused on the children, team work. Ref Jillian is an excellent ref and has great teaching skills, interacts positively with all the children.
Kids have fun, without the pressure.
The sportsmanship
Good combination of instruction and game play. The kids are respectful and enjoy the team aspect. Nice to see young high school and college age students working as coaches and instructors. I enjoy being the parent volunteer and motivating my team.
Low pressure and fun way for kids to learn how to play team sports.
great program
They are very organized and the coach spend time teaching skills.
I like how every kid is celebrated! I enjoy watching the kids grow and get better. I like that they teach good sportsmanship and unity!
Great coach's and people.
The games are fun to watch. We like our coach and his ability to come up with plays they can run and subbing everyone so they all get a chance to play. The refs make it feel legit by keeping score and having the playoffs at the end of the season. We also love that there are multiple seasons year round.
