Customer Testimonials
Love that practice and games are together. Also love the skills taught.
Coach Joel was fantastic!
Games are now at one convenient location versus driving to Parker.
The program has been great - it is so nice to see opportunities for kids with all ability levels. Great balance w/ structure, learning, support and competition. Definitely will recommend to other parents both personally and professionally.
Great environment for kids to be introduced to a new sport, learn the game, and build basic skills. Positive environment that doesn't make kids afraid to make mistakes.
i9 has been great to introduce our child to teams sports. Our coaches and the community we’ve become a part of is so special. Outside of that, it is well organized and very clear on expectations, schedules, and games. I also love the practice is he’d before the games. This is perfect for the little ones.
Low pressure recreational opportunity to participate in team sports. Convenient times and locations
We like the location and the length of the program.
Appreciate that refs stop and explain the fouls to the beginning basketball players. The coaches are patient and run drills that are fun and build skills. Everyone is so complimentary of the players, even coaches from the other team. The weekly “players of the week” based on principles are motivating.
Family friendly, as scheduled ,
Great coaches!
Great staff!
It is very organized and ran well. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and put the children first. They make sure that everyone is involved. I Love this Program!
Inclusivity, staff support and training. Everyone is very positive and supportive and fun!
My son is learning so much from his coaches and he is having a great time! The coaches are very personable!!
I like that practice and game is on the same day. It allows my child to participate in other sports at the same time.
Friendly, personable people!
The weekly themes, our coach
Convenient schedule for busy parents. Nice families.
We love that it's meant for beginners of ALL ages. My daughter did dance from 4-8 and decided she wanted to try soccer. I wish there was an all girl option but she is handling it so well and spreading her wings in a competitive but not super competitive way!
Low commitment, 1 day a week allows for busy sport families to get their younger ones in programs!
So organized, great communication. Very encouraging and low pressure. Inclusive.
How they treat kids and parents
They are set to include all kids no matter the skills. I liked how hype the lady coach was and how she was so good with the younger group! She got my son out playing and he has never been more excited.
The communication. Between messaging me as a coach to the parents. Tells every what time what field and what uniform to wear
I love that it is informative and fun for the kids without the everyday practice commitment. It’s great for kids that are curious about playing a sport. The staff is friendly and the programs are run very smooth.
i9 is a great introductory program I always recommend the program and I like the same day practices and game set up.
I will say that I registered for a fall basketball session and it was moved to winter without confirming that was something we could do. I would have liked better communication about that.
Location and seem to be run well
Less serious, more about learning the sport.

i9 at Sportsplex keeps things simple so anyone interested in playing a sport can jump right in without years of experience to get playing time. We are in our second year of playing at i9 and plan to continue.
