I think it’s fun for the kids because it’s not too serious. Our sons are ages three and six so they are qualified and do play in the 3 to 6 age category. It’s just a fun silly thing for the kids. They learned how to follow directions and play some sports, but none of us are taking it too seriously. Obviously, we hope it will develop into a lifelong love of sports and hopefully he can decide which sport he likes to play the most. Both boys did the discovery program and now our oldesest is signed up for flag football with Coach Jim & Manny. We all love it!!! We’re going to sign up for fall too!

I had a hard time finding somewhere for my child to learn and play sports. I grew up doing sports through the YMCA, and struggled to find something similar where I could sign my daughter up. We have love i9 sports for the ability to try soccer and volleyball, and the convenience of having practice and games on the same day. We have a busy schedule with other activities, but have been able to fit i9 sports in and have really enjoyed it! Plus, my daughter has learned so much about sportsmanship, being part of a team, and working hard to achieve something.
Focus on positive sportsmanship. Only a one day a week commitment. Great staff members that remember my kids from year to year (we also do Nike Sports Camp over the summer)
Practice and game on same day. Sportsmanship education and focus. The i9 staff (coaches and referees) are GREAT.
My son started I-9 when he was five years old. He’s seven now still in baseball/tball, I love to see him enjoying his time with his teammates and his coaches having fun and playing. I love that the coaches are so patient and calm with the kids even during the hot days with the kids are just tired and wanna just sit down and rest, my nephew and my nieces are also in I-9 just goes to show how much my family enjoys it! I’m really thankful that you guys are within districts so I was able to find a close spot for my son’s practice and games!
